Precautions of H1N1

Hello.
Swine Flu is spread by H1N1 Virus so Everybody should take precaution. influenza spreads through both air and contact with contaminated surfaces, surface sanitising may help prevent some infections.
1. Wash your hands often with soap and water.
2. Avoid being near others who might be sick.
3. Stay home if you are sick, to avoid affecting others.
4. use an alcohol-based hand gel.

H1N1 is one of the swine flu virus. its very dangerous virus .this virus is spread with Human to animal or animal to human.avoids to touching eyes, nose, or mouth to help Aiment the spread of the virus. every time Wash hands with worm water soap and warm Water on't greet people with kisses or handshakes...

I agree with Patricia in a time like this with the flu around that handshake,hug can be deadly - but you would think most of these tips would just be well known to most people it amazes me that people are so lax in their consideration of others that they don't just think to stay away if they are sick.

I thought to ask that the 311 H1N1 precautions are in place on polling sites. The lady said that there might be the hand sanitizer. I asked if the vote is taken by an electorate sneezing or coughing. Wash hands often with soap and water, especially after coughing or sneezing. hand cleaners containing alcohol are also effective.

Great discussion out here regarding the Precautions of the H1N1.As we all aware that still the vaccine of the H1N1 is not available, so to avoid the H1N1 the better option is that try to avoid to meet the person who already infected and wash you hand before you eat etc...
