Nice article, loved the facilities and the pool. The locker room was nicer and larger than other Sport & Health Clubs. There were lots of problems with machine maintenance and squabbles over membership issues, stuff like that. No customer service! The garage that you have to park in is also a pain. The serenity day spa, which is kind of associated with the club is awesome.
